     The November/December issue of The Sugarbeet Grower carried information on the new cane sugar refinery being built at Gramercy, La., by a partnership comprised of Cargill, Inc., Imperial Sugar Company and Sugar Growers and Refiners (“SUGAR”), a group of cane mills owned by Louisiana sugarcane producers.
